When you know better, you do better!

I am a young black woman who has created a unique blueprint in my community with body waxing. Growing up, shaving was the only hair removal method taught to me. However, after educating myself on the benefits of waxing, I knew it was my duty to spread my knowledge and help others take better care of their skin. After perfecting my waxing skills for a few years, I decided to work for myself, which I believe was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Overall, spreading my knowledge about waxing in my community has been amazing, but educating and promoting independent work styles to other beauty professionals has been even more rewarding.
